Causes of wrinkles in stretch knitted fabrics:

1. The basic structure of knitted fabrics is made of numerous loops looped with each other. During the weaving process, weaving tension fluctuations, tensile deformation or artificial pulling in the production process cause some of the loops to deform;

2. Wrinkles caused by equipment, process and human factors during loose cloth, pre-treatment or pre-setting process;

3. The rate of fabric folding, squeezing, or temperature rise and fall in the dyeing tank is too fast, different fibers shrink in a short time, resulting in wrinkles caused by the displacement and deformation of the coil;

4. When the fabric is out of the setting machine, the cooling of the cloth surface is not enough, and the temperature of the cloth surface is too high, which leads to the wrinkles formed by the hot-pressed deformation of the knitted fabric in the cloth car;

5. Because the elastic recovery rate of the elastic yarn is higher than that of other fibers, the other fibers shrink together after being stretched, which causes changes in the fabric structure during violent contraction, and then folds and folds to form the folds;

6. Some special stretch yarns, such as MS·Mengsi series polyolefin stretch yarns, will encounter the mutual adhesion effect between "stretch yarn-stretch yarn" and "stretch yarn-main fiber" when they meet high temperature above 120℃. If the cloth surface is uneven or wrinkled at the moment of adhesion, the "curing effect" that occurs after the adhesion will cause the wrinkle of the knitted fabric.
